Enrico Rava I knew from the time He Went to Argentina to play with saxophonist Steve Lacy. Maybe around 1965. It Was a piano-less quartet, with Johnny Dyani on bass and Louis Moholo on drums, Both from South Africa. Apparently the people who hired the quartet, disappeared without paying the bills and, most important without paying the musicians. As a result to that, Enrico, Steve, Johnny and Louis had to stay in Buenos Aires for over a year, playing gigs where ever they could in order to raise money and be able to leave Argentina. They were playing at a club called Gotan, five nights a week and opposite to Astor Piazzolla's quintet, who was playing at the same venue! Moholo's drums were stolen from the club and Enrico, knowing that I had a set of drums in my house, asked me to lend them to Moholo. I'm a pianist and the set of drums that I had at the time were practically a toy set left by a friend at my place. When Enrico saw them, he was very disappointed. Moholo wound up playing with a set of bongoes INSTEAD of the regular snare drum. Soon after, Steve and Henry left Argentina, But Johnny Dyani and Louis Moholo stayed for a couple of years.The Good Thing That Happened Is that as a result of Henry's stay in Buenos Aires We had the opportunity to jam with HIM.

's friend Carlos Franzetti is a pianist, arranger, composer and conductor.
Among the many awards during his career include a nomination for a Grammy Award in 2006 obtained in the category Best Classical Contemporary Composition for his "Corpus Evita" in 2003 the double nomination, always at the Grammys for "Poeta de Arrabal" in the category Best Classical Crossover Album and Best Instrumental arrangement. In 2001 he won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Tango Album thanks to his work entitled "Tango Fatal."

XStandard Lite For Partner Open Source CMS does not require any DLLs, and other news
E 'with great joy and wonder that we learn from that Belus Technology XStandard Lite For Partner Open Source CMS does not require DLL . As we thought since we use very similar in functionality to the Pro version of XStandard, that does not work without the dll, and also because it is not specified on any page on the specifications of the 'Open Source CMS Program.
In any case we confirm that this is so and so, if you do not use the Pro version, accessible only need the dll on the Photo Gallery, which is always interested in it.
Obviously that is what I said to 7host, but in the sense that their servers are ready for XStandard Pro to work with upon purchase of licenses for clients from Belus.
The other news is that from the feedback received by members of the group enjoyed were made of small fixes to version 2.0 RC1 that have now been posted as messages and attachments in Kotor discussion group.
These patches are of course incorporated into the final version 2.0. We still await some feedback from people after that could be released, as they were found to contain serious errors.

In fact the current version must first be inserted through the file manager usability and then specify the path during insertion or modification of the contract. On my

finally came out. The new album Elio e le Storie Tese .
I think it is an album very well done (take my opinion with pliers because they are a worshiper of this group).
advantage of the new disc I listened to something from the previous albums. E 'continuous improvement. By Elio SAMAG onwards there is a constant search for musical detail, collaborations (Giorgia, Enrico Ruggeri, Claudio Baglioni, etc etc), demonstrations singing and musical ability that almost go unnoticed listening to the disc surface.
If we leave aside the comic and irreverent lyrics and listen to us we will highlight the incredible group's ability to jump from one genre to another during a song, it almost seems to be on the radio station and change from time to time.
Cesareo 's guitar has a fundamental role in many songs, funky and heavy metal played with the same "lightness".
So the battery of the great Christian Meyer rhythm often changes during the song. And there are jokes made in the studio. Live does the same thing!!
Elio and Faso are perfect, as always.
shame that the group is often considered only for their feigned craziness. Almost everyone I spoke to the disk have stroto nose ... But put nasty .... mica are Squallor! But hey, who cares! Should be held close to the Spice Girls.

Eurojazz Festival Ivrea recalls Chet Baker invited four great musicians who have shared the stage with him on several occasions. Enrico Rava, born in 1939 in Trieste, in Italy know Chet in 1962 and then will work with him several times in various jazz clubs around America and Europe. Rava captures in his own musical education and Davis Baker, carp from these two masters of phrasing, technique and colors as the sensitivity of Chet as the exuberance of Miles. Travel companions of Rava for the occasion are other musicians who not only worked with the great trumpeter, but have their own experience, sharing their jam session and dramas related to its way of life. Eclectic drummer Aldo Romano, Chet has received at his home on several occasions and has incorporated the importance of silence in the scores. His touch running Baker proposed standards has always been measured and delicate, strong phrasing when asked for it, but never intrusive and too much. Foreground, in this concert which promises full of memories, guitarist Philip Catherine Chet who met for the first time in 1981 and with whom he recorded the album like Chet's Choice. Catherine with Riccardo Del Fra Chet has worked with for many years and on several occasions, not always pleasant. On stage at the Teatro Giacosa musicians reproduce the performance, a duet of "I'm A Fool To Want You" which features the emotional charge of the whole concert. Catherine fly over the strings of the guitar master and interweaving with those of the double bass masterfully played by Del Fra. The bass player grew up alongside Chet and his education was strongly influenced by this charismatic, eccentric trumpeter. The emotional bond of this quartet with Chet Baker's music and his person emerges in full force and delicacy. Rava's trumpet caresses the hearts of those who know this music, and surely excite even the neophytes, proposing standards like "All of you" or "Bernie's Tune", with arrangements that recreate the atmosphere of the best years of Chet Baker. It's going to trip on the boulevard of memories of high suggestion thanks not only to the skill of these musicians, but mainly because of their love for an artist that is gone too soon.

Ugh. I knew it. In April 2006 I did my duty as a citizen by voting for the center with his hand trembling. It might have been because of my shaky hand. Perhaps because it was shaking the coalition was not exactly a harmonious group converging ideas. Besides, the scattering of parties (envy the Yankees: either Republican or Democrat) that we produce too many talking heads in Italy (?) and inevitable debate. I remember when I went on holiday with friends was very difficult to adapt to each other ... but Mastella, Prodi, Giordano, Pecoraro Scanio, etc. We have never gone on holiday with friends?
fact is that I find myself not even after two years to vote again, with the teasing of that guy that was the only one to remain in office throughout the term ... x I do? Who votes?
I discover, as the days pass, the candidates for Prime Minister increase at least 2 years ago it was easy to choose! Now we are at 4, I wonder if they increased. Who to vote for?? They tend
against waste: it is morally and economically regrettable waste of resources: I think I have learned this from information that was five years ago, when I started my journey into the wonderful world of computers. The performance was low, almost non-existent as storage devices, high costs, but many tasks were performed with the same quality now.

I accepted because I liked a lot, I had listened to Keith Jarrett and Jan Garbarek. They were very strong, though apparently did not correspond to the vision of the rhythm that I had at the time, because I was thinking of a rhythmic black poor. Maybe I had made the wrong idea. Jon playing with balls and I realized how they were different. Jon was a very visceral drummer and together they had the ability to continually create new situations, to give and respond to stress. They were responsive, close to my way of thinking about music. "
